It's been a while, Internet. I hope you've been well. I've been a bit busy graduating, traveling Europe (again), summering and starting my first big-kid job--all of which are things I have adored. It's been a very busy season at work and in life and it's all starting to settle into a routine.
I will probably/hopefully post photos from Europe, the summer adventures, my last bit of college, photos that didn't end up going in my Senior Project even though they were lovely, stuff from my actual Senior Project, and other things. Hopefully/probably.
Here are some photos from a video shoot we did at work with some of the international guests from Vietnam, Holland, and Czech Republic.

This is my 401, Feb 2013
This is what 401 felt like yesterday. Snow and working on Senior Project and Music and Studio Culture and it felt right in a way that I hope keeps up for the rest of the semester.

February
Spent the weekend in Logan Square being graciously hosted by Anna, Rachel, and Eleanor. I am slightly in love with their place. I don't know if it is that I love the people who live in that apartment so dearly, or if it's just a really lovely apartment. Either way, it felt like magic pretending to live in Chicago for the weekend.

Jordan + Taylor
|| Drew Holcomb and The Neighbors -- What Would I Do Without You ||
My very dear friends are getting married. I'm truly excited for them, though incredibly bummed to be my losing my roommate of 3 years as she will undoubtedly be rooming with her husband from here on out.
Love you guys.
Sandy's handiwork
The last day of NYC with the whole group, we walked around Chelsea and visited galleries. This picture was taken at a gallery on 9th Street. The gallery had warning signs that the hardwood floor was uneven in spots due to warping from flooding after Hurricane Sandy.
This chair was in the entrance/reception area, stained from the flood waters.

Jan. 14.
I'm in bed, post-op. About to go back to the Jud for my last semester.
The surgical procedure was far more surgery-y than I expected. It's kind of bizarre to have surgery and move in to school and start the end of college all at once. So I'm thinking about Florence and their street performers instead.

Train ride dream
On a train through Italy on the way to Villa D'este, I caught this image. Perhaps it was practice with hitting the shutter when the moment is right or perhaps it was dumb luck, but I got this picture that, in my opinion, seems like a still from a dreamy art film.
Cafe
I consistently miss the coffee in Europe more than anything else.
Cafe in Paris with B, complete with sugar cubes, outdoor seating, and hoping the old French man thought my broken French was charming not idiotic.

Eur-oh-so-late-to-the-blog
The pictures I took in Europe this summer are finally going to make their appearance. Not all at once. But they'll make it here. Promise.

NYE with my Lamy
Spent NYE at my place since I'm house-bound for a little bit. And I forced Liz and Lamy to be my models. Liz and more of Lamy to come later.
