I spent about 4 hours going through pictures yesterday.

I love editing photos, but sometimes it can make you a little crazy knowing it's beautiful outside.

But I watched the newest Muppet Movie while I worked. So all was well.

I love this one. I miss the group. I even miss Venice. Didn't see that one coming.

Rome Antics

The rooftop (it's always rooftops) of the hotel we stayed at in Rome had this amazing terrace.

Considering our hotel was practically off the map, and you almost needed a map to get around our hotel, it was a decent go-to meeting spot. There were a couple nights we hung out with some friends we met from Hanover College from Indiana. The Judson crew and the Hanover kids mixed seemlessly, and it was beautiful. A bunch of strangers having fun and being friends. No awkward get-to-know-you phase, just uninhibited acceptance from the others. It was community, and finding a little piece of home in the middle of Italy.

Pantheon

Not my least favorite place in the world.

After spending a whole day in the space outside the Pantheon, I became a firm believer in non-park urban outdoor community spaces.

 We need that in America.
